The “Quick Pay” option on our third parties’ site has been disabled due to the possibility of hackers being able to utilize it for stealing credit card numbers. It is not known at this time if it will be available again. Customers can still pay online using an established account with a username and password. Please note that to establish an online account your phone number must match the phone number we have on file for you. If you have trouble establishing an account username and password, please call the office to make sure we have a current phone number on file.

Water Main flushing will take place Tuesday May 23rd between 9am – 2pm. We highly recommend closing your main valve if you do not have a backflow preventer installed. This will keep turbid flush water out of your house during the flush hours. You should refrain from using water during this time frame. Feel free to call the office with any questions.

On Thursday January 19th we will be repairing a water main leak on Hilltop Dr. in the Elmendorf Heights section of Hurley. Customers between 118 & 179 Hilltop will experience service interruption after 830am until repairs can be made.

UPDATE – The leak has been repaired as of 10:15am Wednesday Nov. 16th.

Tuesday November 15th we will be temporarily shutting down sections of Hillside Acres to locate a possible leak. Dailey outflows have increased since yesterday leading us to believe a leak has occurred that is not visable or causing pressure issues. Please call the office if you are aware of any suspicious wet/watery areas within the neighborhood. Thank you.

12pm UPDATE: We have located and isolated the leak to a small section of main feeding a house at the bottom of Summit Ave & 3 houses on Zandhoek. Those houses will experience service interruption till the repair is made. We are currently in the process of coordinating the repair.

There is currently a leak effecting the upper pressure district in Old Hurley. Customers on Conifer Ln, upper Summit Ave & Roger Ln. will experience lower than normal pressure until the leak can be found and repaired. Thank you for your patience.

Tuesday June 7th we will be repairing a water main leak at 205 East Dr. Customers at the north end of East Dr. (beyond 222), St. Georges Ct., Elmendorf Dr. and Fairway Dr. will most likely experience service interruption after 830am until the repairs are made.

UPDATE – Water service was restored at 9:50am. If any customers experience turbid water, let run at outside hose bib till clear.

Monday May 16th we will be repairing a water main leak on East Dr. in Elmendorf Heights. Customers in the area of East Dr. (Thomas St, Sheryl St, Elmendorf Dr, Hilltop Dr. etc.) may experience service interruption or turbid water depending on the scope of the repair and area we must shut down.
